Last updated: September 6, 2026
These terms apply to all dumpster rentals booked through Toyo Concrete. By placing a reservation, the customer agrees to these terms.
Reservation Deposit and Payment
- A reservation deposit may be required when booking online.
- Any reservation deposit paid is applied toward the total rental charge.
- The total rental price may vary based on the selected rental duration, service location, availability, and other booking details.
- The rental price, required deposit, remaining balance, rental duration, included disposal allowance, and applicable fees will be shown during booking and in the customer’s order confirmation.
- Any remaining balance is due according to the payment terms shown at checkout, in the order confirmation, or as otherwise agreed with Toyo Concrete.
- Additional fees may apply for extra rental time, excess weight, prohibited materials, failed delivery or pickup attempts, damages, cleaning, relocation, or other customer-caused service issues.
- All payments and charges are in U.S. dollars.
Rental Period and Availability
- The rental period, delivery date, pickup date, and total rental price are selected during booking and confirmed in the customer’s order confirmation.
- Bookings must be made at least 2 calendar days before the requested delivery date.
- Delivery is available Monday through Saturday, subject to availability.
- Pickup is available Monday through Friday, subject to availability.
- Toyo Concrete does not provide delivery or pickup service on Sundays.
- Delivery is scheduled within an all-day service window. The driver will text the customer before arrival when reasonably possible.
- Any request to extend the rental period is subject to availability and additional charges.
Included Disposal and Additional Charges
- Each rental includes the disposal allowance shown during booking and in the customer’s order confirmation.
- If the final load weight exceeds the included disposal allowance, the customer is responsible for the additional disposal charge shown during booking, in the order confirmation, or otherwise communicated by Toyo Concrete.
- Excess weight is determined by the certified landfill or transfer-station scale ticket.
- Toyo Concrete will provide the landfill or transfer-station receipt after disposal when applicable.
- The customer authorizes Toyo Concrete to invoice the customer for documented excess weight, prohibited-material disposal, additional rental time, failed-trip fees, damages, cleaning, or other charges permitted under these terms.
Accepted Materials
Accepted materials generally include household junk, furniture, mattresses, cardboard, bagged household debris, wood, drywall, cabinets, flooring, remodeling debris, roofing debris, shingles, and other ordinary non-hazardous construction or cleanout debris approved by Toyo Concrete. All accepted materials remain subject to landfill rules, container capacity, and the disposal allowance included with the booking.
Prohibited Materials
The customer must not place any of the following in the dumpster:
- Concrete, brick, block, asphalt, dirt, soil, sand, gravel, or fill material
- Paint, stain, solvents, oils, fuel, antifreeze, chemicals, or any liquid
- Hazardous waste, medical waste, radioactive material, explosives, flammable materials, or illegal materials
- Batteries, propane tanks, fire extinguishers, aerosol cans, or compressed gas cylinders
- Tires
- Refrigerators, freezers, air conditioners, dehumidifiers, or any appliance containing Freon or refrigerant
- Televisions, monitors, or restricted electronic waste
- Any material prohibited by the landfill, transfer station, or applicable law
Toyo Concrete may charge the customer for the actual disposal or removal cost plus any applicable handling fee for prohibited material. Toyo Concrete may also refuse pickup until prohibited material is removed.
Loading Rules
- Do not fill the dumpster above the top rail or allow debris to extend outside the container.
- Do not move, relocate, alter, damage, burn material in, or attempt to tow the dumpster.
- The customer is responsible for keeping the dumpster reasonably accessible and safe to retrieve.
- Overloaded dumpsters may not be safe or legal to transport. The customer may be required to remove or redistribute material before pickup and may be charged an additional service fee.
Delivery and Pickup Access
The customer must provide clear, safe access for delivery and pickup.
- Move vehicles, trailers, equipment, debris, and other obstacles before scheduled service.
- Keep gates unlocked and ensure sufficient driveway and placement access.
- Identify low wires, tree limbs, roof overhangs, soft ground, steep grades, narrow entrances, underground utilities, septic systems, irrigation lines, pavers, and other hazards before delivery.
- Toyo Concrete may refuse delivery or pickup if access is unsafe or could damage property or equipment.
A failed-trip or service fee may apply if Toyo Concrete cannot complete a scheduled delivery or pickup because access is blocked, unsafe, unavailable, or otherwise affected by customer-controlled conditions. The applicable fee will be shown during booking, in the order confirmation, or communicated by Toyo Concrete.
Driveway and Property Condition
The customer must provide a current photo of the driveway and intended dumpster placement area before the reservation is fully confirmed. Toyo Concrete will use reasonable care during delivery and pickup. The customer understands that roll-off trucks and dumpsters are heavy and may damage driveways, pavement, concrete, pavers, lawns, curbs, landscaping, underground systems, or other property. The customer is responsible for selecting and approving a suitable placement area.
Permits and Street Placement
The customer is responsible for obtaining any permit, approval, homeowner-association authorization, property-owner permission, or right-of-way approval required for dumpster placement. This includes placement on a street, public right-of-way, sidewalk, alley, shared access road, or any area not owned or controlled by the customer. Failure to obtain required permission does not eliminate payment obligations or applicable failed-trip fees.
Cancellations and Changes
- Customers should contact Toyo Concrete as soon as possible to cancel or change a booking.
- Cancellations or delivery-date changes made fewer than 2 calendar days before scheduled delivery may result in loss of all or part of the reservation deposit if Toyo Concrete has reserved inventory, scheduled the route, or incurred costs.
- Requests for added days, early pickup, date changes, or location changes are subject to availability and approval.
Customer Responsibility
The customer is responsible for the dumpster from delivery until pickup, accurate booking and access information, ensuring prohibited material does not enter the dumpster, and charges resulting from misuse, unauthorized movement, fire, theft, vandalism, damage, excess weight, prohibited materials, or other customer-caused conditions.
